		<description>If the court believes you deliberately incurred debt with the intent of filing bankruptcy, your bankruptcy won&#039;t happen.  As for irresponsibility, I have little sympathy for people that spend money thay don&#039;t have.  I spent 18 months working a second job to get out of my non-mortgage debt.  There will NEVER be any more.</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t approve of it.  I also worked my tail off to get out of debt, and I figure everyone else can do it too (unless they have a severely limiting chronic illness).  Heck, I was diabetic since age 11 w/ a couple of diabetic complications, and it did not keep me from working 2 jobs.
But it sounds like the person you know is doing it deliberately.
I don&#039;t really trust people like that.  They might steal from you personally.</description>
